Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Photoshop Operator to join our dynamic photo studio team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in photo editing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop and other related software. Experience in photography or working in a photo studio environment will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and color correction to enhance image quality.
• Edit and manipulate photos for various purposes, including portraits, product shoots, and event images.
• Restore old or damaged photographs as per client requests.
• Prepare images for printing, ensuring accurate color calibration and resolution.
• Maintain and organize digital files systematically for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with photographers and studio staff to meet client expectations.
• Support the team in creative projects such as album design and promotional materials.
• Operate printing machines and ensure timely delivery of processed images.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related photo editing software.
• Knowledge of photo retouching, background removal, and advanced image manipulation.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for color and composition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Photography experience or knowledge of studio equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with photo printing processes is advantageous
