Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit, retouch, and enhance images according to client specifications.
• Perform color correction, image compositing, and manipulation to ensure high-quality visual output.
• Organize and manage large digital images and ensure proper naming and file storage.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
• Maintain a consistent editing style that aligns with Dream Chaser's brand and clients' needs.
• Review and ensure the final images meet the quality standards and project guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software updates in photo editing and digital imaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photoshop and Lightroom Editor or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom, highlighting various editing and retouching techniques.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and image aesthetics.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clients.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for photography and digital art.
