Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Hospital Pharmacy in Palpa. The role involves managing daily pharmacy activities, coordinating with vendors, ensuring proper inventory control, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations
Ensure proper storage, dispensing, and inventory management of medicines
Coordinate and communicate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement
Maintain stock levels and minimize expiry and wastage
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and internal policies
Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
Prepare reports related to inventory, sales, and procurement as required
Ensure high standards of customer service and professional practice

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacy management
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
Experience in vendor coordination and inventory management
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
