About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant based in Kathmandu. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for handling prescriptions, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Prescription and Pharmacy skills
Customer Service and Phone Etiquette
Inventory Management skills
Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Certification or diploma in Pharmacy Assistant program is a plus
Good command in Medipro software.
Good knowledge in invoice Purchase ( VAT / Non-VAT)
