Education Level : Master
Experience Required : More than or equals to 3 years

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field
  • At least 3+ years experience in human resources management position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build productive relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people
  • Has a proven track record in successfully managing the human resources function in its entirety
  • ability to work on high level initiatives with the Executive team combined with the ability to work in the detail as required.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies
  • As an HR expert, you will need to be experienced across multiple HR disciplines

Job Description

  • Lead the P&C team in Nepal
  • Take ownership of all internal HR policies and procedures both in Nepal and Sydney
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for a positive outcome to the business needs
  • Coach leaders in effectively managing poor/under-performance
  • Train and support leaders to effectively support their employees with career development plans and training requirements
  • Ensure the company complies with employment legislation and regulations, including the HR policies both in Nepal and Sydney
  • Provide advice and guidance to the management on all staffing related issues
  • Develop and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety rules/regulations
  • Ensure compliance with existing laws, market trends and analysis and key industry drivers
  • Manage remuneration and benefits including data analysis and research aligning with current trends in Nepal
