Payroll Officer

Three Star Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our Human Resources team. If you have strong payroll, HR, and statutory compliance skills, we invite you to be part of our growing organization. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, and supporting HR operations related to attendance, leave, benefits, and employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the designated timeline.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave adjustments, and other payroll components.
• Prepare payroll reports and salary statements for management and finance.

2. Attendance & Leave Administration

• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related records.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance and payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and attendance records.

3. Statutory Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable labour laws, tax requirements, SSF, CIT, and other statutory obligations.
• Prepare and maintain payroll-related statutory reports and records.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement and statutory payments.

4. HR & Employee Support

• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and other HR matters.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
• Assist in resignation, clearance, full & final settlement, and other separation processes.
• Support implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR information.

5. Records & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate payroll databases and documentation.
• Identify payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support improvement and automation of payroll processes and HR systems.
