Payment Collection and Rider Monitoring Officer

The Payment Collection and Rider Monitoring Officer is responsible for managing rider payment collections, monitoring rider activities, ensuring timely recoveries, and maintaining operational discipline within the fleet business. The role involves regular coordination with riders, tracking outstanding dues, preparing reports, and supporting smooth day-to-day fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily rider attendance, activity, and operational status
• Track rider payment schedules and ensure timely collection of dues
• Follow up with riders regarding pending payments and overdue balances
• Maintain accurate records of collections, deposits, and rider accounts
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams for reconciliation of payments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
• Monitor rider performance, compliance, and vehicle usage
• Escalate issues related to non-payment, misconduct, or operational concerns
• Support onboarding and briefing of new riders regarding payment procedures
• Ensure proper documentation of rider agreements and records
