About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, procedures, and consultations.
Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely patient care.
Provide patients with information about procedures, preparation, and follow-up care.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Manage clinic schedules and assist in coordinating staff schedules.
Process patient forms, insurance paperwork, and billing information.

Clinical Support:

Assist medical staff with patient preparation and documentation during appointments.
Ensure examination rooms are prepared and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with the coordination of lab results and communicate findings to patients as directed by medical staff.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and supportive clinic environment.
Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Educate patients on clinic policies, procedures, and available resources.

Operational Support:

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in healthcare administration or any field preferred.
Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting, preferably in reproductive health or fertility will be added value.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
