Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated Area Business Manager to lead and expand the company’s business operations within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, doctors, hospital management, and business partners.
Promote and market medical equipment, radiology and imaging systems, surgical goods, hospital furniture, and consumables.
Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with sales, technical, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and customer support.
Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and market analysis reports.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-up activities effectively.
Ensure timely collection and payment follow-ups where necessary.
Lead and guide sales representatives or team members within the assigned area.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in BMET or a Pharmaceutical-related field.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or area management is required.
Experience in medical equipment, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, or hospital-related industries will be highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Must possess a valid driving license.
