For Service Incharge

• Diagnose the machines for the proper cause of the failure in job site as well as in workshop.
• Direct the service persons to overcome the problem.
• Report to the Service Engineer for records.
• Proceed for the TSI and Warranty Claims and report according to the nature of problem/ failure if the machine is under warranty.
• Deliver proper information and suggestions regarding machine operation and maintenance
• Receive any complains and suggestions from the customers and plan accordingly.

For Parts Incharge

• Maintain a well managed store. Spare parts receiving, checking and entry should be done regularly.
• Observe and monitor all the activities in the Spare parts department and report it to the immediate senior.
• Coordinate with the Spare parts team and preparing report to your immediate senior.
• Instruct and observe if all the parts are allocated in proper groups or not.
• Interact with the customer regarding spare parts inquiry.
• Inform the customer about the availability and price of the spare parts.
• Spare parts marketing.
• Forecast & Analying spare parts requirement as per the sales trend in coordination with the spare parts executive.
• Forecast the necessary spare parts required for a particular machine and consult with the immediate senior.
• Get proper information about the emergency and semi emergency order from the customer and make sure that the parts are available before stock ends.
• Timely ordering Spare Parts with the parent company.
• Prepare financial reporting of spare parts sales bills to finance department and your immediate senior.
• Reporting of all the spare parts activities to your immeiate senior.
• Prepare the daily report of parts sales (Revenue and Non revenue)and interdepartmental issues to your immediate supervisor.
• To achieve the total target of parts.
• To assign the target to dealers as per the potential of the territory.
• Collection of outstanding amount.
