Job Description

Greeting the visitors and acknowledging them about their visit purpose and directing and accompanying them to their proper interest
Noticing the activities of the guest and working swiftly if the actions are needed or the concerned party is to be called for assistance
Register the name of the visitor and their purpose and designated person they want to visit
Notifying the proper authority of the visitors and their purpose
Dealing with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
