The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and campaign reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and managing ad spend effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to ensure maximum impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Create detailed performance reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure peak performance.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to meet campaign goals.
  • Track spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Work with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
