Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing Agency. This is a work-from-home position, from 7 am to 3 pm, perfect for someone with hands-on experience managing multiple accounts and delivering proven results in various forms of Paid Ads, primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Responsibilities:

Setup, optimize, and analyze ongoing and new paid ad campaigns (mainly Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads)
Achieve high-quality results for us and our clients with objectives ranging from content engagement to driving conversions
Perform research and suggest the most effective ad designs and content
Analyze campaign metrics, report interpretations with recommendations to the team and clients regularly
Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present results
Contact clients to update their progress and answer any queries they may have about their ads
Research and implement new best ad practices
