• Provide quality counseling to the students for Study in various destination and record  all the counseling details
• Regular follow up to the students to bring them in processing and report it to the supervisor
• Keeping up to date information on university details, fees, changes, Visa policies, high commission and other relevant details
• Ensure the timely status progress of students who are enrolled for various programs
• Coordinating with academic department to bring test preparation students to counseling department
• Provide in/out house counseling, presentation at location as required by the institute
• Interprets and explains college and university policies and procedures; participate in orientations and presents academic information to students and parents during counseling sessions
