Trishuli Plus, a community action group, established in 2006, is a community based non-profitable, politically non-aligned, non-governmental organization (NGO) led and run by and for people living with HIV (PLHIV) and affected by TB to provide prevention, care & support including treatment services to PLHIV and TB affected population.

Trishuli Plus has been implementing The Global Fund TB Program in Kailali, Kanchanpur, Dadeldhura, Doti & Achham Districts supported by Save the Children International under The Global Fund. Duty Station: Kailali, Kanchanpur, Dadeldhura, Doti & Achham
Required No.: Gaurifanta Boarder (Kailali)-2, Gaddachauki Boarder (Kanchanpur)-2, Seti Zone Hospital (Kailali)-2,Bayalpata Hospital (Achham)-2, Kailali-5, Kanchapur-3, Dadeldhura-3, Doti-7, Achham-9

Key Area of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for sputum transportation of presumptive DS and DR TB from health facility to microscopic or Gene-xpert center.
  • Support to DPCs on program design, procedures, and recording and reporting of sputum courier, contact tracing, screening of malnourished children and other given interventions.
  • Responsible for compilation/verification and reporting of periodic results/information of intervention health facilities
  • Make regular follow up and ensure enrollment at treatment in regular basis
  • Support DPC to monitor the quality of implementation of sputum collection and transportation, contact tracing and other interventions in the health facilities
  • Make payment to HF and SDP level and collect report and financial documents in regular basis and submit to DPCs 
  • Ensure and follow up contact tracing is done as per the standard and keep record appropriately. 
  • Coordinate with respective Palika health section for program activities and share Palika wise plan in each month in the support of respective DPCs
  • Follow up and flag cluster level issues and challenges to DPCs and SR office for further solution.
  • Participate in monthly meeting of health facility and coordinate with health facility staff to achieve the target of TB program.
  • Supply of the courier logistics and forms and formats to the HF as per requirement.
  • Ensure sufficient stock level of required logistics and maintain R&R of stock in the given format. 
  • Any other job assigned as per program need.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • CMA/ANM/AHW completed with 1-years related experience in related field,
  • Residency at local level/Palika level will be in priority.
  • Good recording and reporting skill.
  • Good communication and coordination skill,
