  • Building Customer Relationship
  • Achieving the Outlet’s Sales target by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Develop sales & marketing initiatives to maximize revenues through effective promotion of product range & brand identity
  • Maintain the stock availability, product display, staff mobilization and staff motivation
  • Proper handling of customers query and feedback
  • Lead and supervise the team members
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to senior authority
  • Overall management of store operation
