Outbound Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Manager to lead and manage our outbound travel operations, handle client relations, and drive business growth for international tour packages.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage outbound tour packages (FIT, GIT, and customized itineraries)
• Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and vendors
• Negotiate best rates and contracts with overseas suppliers and partners
• Coordinate visa documentation and guide clients through visa processes
• Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking to post-travel follow-up
• Handle group bookings, corporate tours, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) as required
• Monitor market trends, competitor packages, and pricing to keep offerings competitive
• Prepare and manage sales targets, budgets, and reports for outbound business
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and packages
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Supervise and guide junior staff/executives in the outbound department
• Maintain updated knowledge of international travel regulations, entry requirements, and destination information
