We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in assisting customers, knowledgeable about optical products, and committed to providing excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers in selecting suitable eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
Clearly explain product features, lens options, and pricing
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Maintain product displays, inventory, and overall cleanliness of the optical area
Handle billing, manage sales records, and prepare daily sales reports

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

At least 1 year of sales experience in an optical store/unit
Clear knowledge of lenses, lens types, coatings, frames, prescriptions, and basic optometric terminology
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to recommend the right lenses and frames based on customer needs
Basic understanding of vision problems and prescription interpretation
Ability to operate sales and billing systems
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
High school graduate or above (additional training in optics is a plus)
