Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Optical Store Manager to lead our optical shop operations. This position involves delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing stock and supplier relations, driving sales targets and overseeing staff performances. The Store Manager will also handle inventory control, assist customers with frame choices and fittings, and ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the optical shop.
Supervise and support sales staff to meet monthly targets.
