Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remittance Operations Officer to oversee the daily operations of our remittance business in Nepal. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high operational performance. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily remittance transactions in line with company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Ensure full compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank regulations and AML/CFT policies.
Maintain accurate records, conduct reconciliations, and oversee settlement processes.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and participate in compliance training sessions.
Handle day-to-day office administration and support operational tasks as required.
Communicate effectively with foreign clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Assist management with additional duties as assigned
