Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Manager for our subsidiary Swayambhu Hotel and Apartment to oversee and improve our company’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of quality services or products. You will work closely with other departments to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee check-in and check-out procedures for serviced apartments.
  • Create and maintain detailed checklists for all units.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with the property management team for property upkeep and maintenance.
  • Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of bookings across all platforms.
  • Monitor and update booking platforms to prevent double bookings or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing agency to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including record-keeping and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other office-related tasks efficiently.
