Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Manager for our subsidiary Swayambhu Hotel and Apartment to oversee and improve our company’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of quality services or products. You will work closely with other departments to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee check-in and check-out procedures for serviced apartments.
Create and maintain detailed checklists for all units.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Coordinate with the property management team for property upkeep and maintenance.
Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure accurate synchronization of bookings across all platforms.
Monitor and update booking platforms to prevent double bookings or discrepancies.
Collaborate with the marketing agency to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
Perform various administrative duties, including record-keeping and documentation.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other office-related tasks efficiently.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Required Age:More than or equal to 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, preferably in the hospitality or serviced apartment sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using booking platforms and property management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must have a valid license and two-wheelers.
