Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

This is a unique dual-role opportunity, ideal for a highly organized professional with a proven track record in operational leadership and a passion for guiding students toward academic success in top global destinations, including Australia, the UK, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational activities including file processing, admissions, documentation, vendor coordination, and CRM.
Lead and improve internal systems for quality assurance, reporting, workflow automation, and student service delivery.
Implement cost-effective procedures, track KPIs, and drive performance improvements across teams.
Train and supervise staff to ensure SOP compliance and operational excellence.

Multi-Destination Academic Counseling

Advise students on study options in Australia, UK, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and Europe.
Support students through the entire admission process—course selection, application documentation, interview preparation, and visa guidance.
Keep up-to-date with education trends, admission policies, scholarship options, and visa regulations.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Represent GECC at seminars, fairs, webinars, and international partner events.
