Operations Manager - Credit and Loan Processing

The primary role of the Operations Manager will be to effectively manage day to day tasks of the credit and loan processing team to ensure the smooth operation of Mortgage Empire's Loan Processing Office located in Kathmandu. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day activities of the credit and loan processing team from inception to settlement
• Oversee loan serviceability & assessment, loan product recommendation, document verification, and lodgment
• Support, develop, and mentor the credit and loan processing team staff
• Assign and monitor day-to-day tasks and workflows to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed to ensure compliance   
• Business development and client relations management 
• Office management, operation, and administration
• Assists in various business processes as and when required by the executives
• Report of KPIs and financial performance
• Take on special research projects and brief executive regarding findings
• Keeps track of the team tasks at hand
