VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Operations Manager

Dhulikhel Mountain Resort Pvr. Ltd. located in Khawa-5, Kavrepalanchowk is a premier destination known for its exceptional hospitality, best amenities, and breathtaking surroundings. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our daily operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Management: Provide strong leadership to the resort staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Oversee all operational aspects of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, food production and recreational activities.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that the resort facilities, amenities and services meet or exceed guest expectation and industry standards
  • Guest Service: Ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervising day-to-day operations such as housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services, recreational activities, and security to maintain high standards.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the resort budget, including monitoring expenses, controlling cost, and maximizing revenue. 
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the resort attract guest through various channels
  • Staff management: Supervise and train staff to maintain excellence in service delivery.
  • Safety and compliance: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guest and staff by adhering to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations governing the operations of resort. 
  • Guest Relation: Building and maintain positive guest to encourage relationships with guests to Building and maintaining positive encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during daily operations promptly and effectively. This may involve coordinating with various departments, making decisions under pressure, and finding creative solutions to problems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (BHM), Business Administration, or Master Degree in a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in resort or hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
