Sterling Wells Nepal is a sister concern of the UK-based group of fintech companies, chartered certified accountants, and chartered tax advisers, comprising UK Property Accountants, Sterling Wells, RentalBux, FigsFlow, and PropertySPV. The group represents multiple offices in UK, Nepal, and India. We serve clients from more than 57 countries, with total assets under our accounting of over USD 8 billion.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations In-Charge to keep Sterling Wells Nepal running like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person for everything that keeps our office functional, comfortable, and productive from infrastructure and procurement to vendor coordination and team management.

This role works closely with Finance, Talent, and the Directors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations so our teams can focus on what they do best.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end office operations including facilities, utilities (AC, electricity, internet), and general upkeep
Lead and manage the operations team to deliver efficient support across the organisation
Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
Manage IT equipment inventory, maintenance, and coordination with technical support
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers for quick issue resolution
Oversee office construction, renovation, and fit-out projects
Scout and evaluate new office spaces when expansion or relocation is needed
Anticipate problems before they arise and resolve issues swiftly when they do
Coordinate with Finance on operational budgets and expenses

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Proven experience in office administration, operations, or facilities management
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
Hands-on problem solver with a "get it done" attitude
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience with IT equipment management is a plus
