Roles and responsibilities of this job

Attending incoming calls and visitors
Handling customer requests promptly
Maintaining proper records of the stocks
Managing logistics requirements
Supporting Marketing and Finance team
HR management and general office management will be a part of job responsibility
Acting as the personal secretary to the Managing Director
Will have opportunity to take part in the overall functions of the company and will also have great potential to drive career towards Marketing or Accounting/Finance or organization management
