Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Executive of New Business Age (P) Ltd. has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place, to effectively grow the  organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The Operations Executive assists the organization to successfully implement and execute long- term and short-term goals.

Reports to: General Manager-Operations

Special Responsibilities and Traits

  • Assist General Manager-Operations to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Define and implement a comprehensive Management Information System MIS
  • Establish policies that promote company culture, vision and employee development
  • Oversee the daily operations of NBA and the work of assigned departments (Marketing, Circulation, Human Resources and Administration)
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel
  • Oversee the daily operations and implement improvements as necessary
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors
  • Act as a “client-care officer” through direct contact with major customers and vendors
