Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to manage our day-to-day operations in Pokhara and ensure seamless communication with our head office in Kathmandu.

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily ride-sharing operations in Pokhara.
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of ride requests.
  • Monitor driver performance and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with drivers to maintain high service quality standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer experience based on feedback.
  • Supervise and support the local operations team.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new drivers and staff members.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the head office.
  • Communicate any operational challenges and suggest improvements to the head office.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety protocols among drivers.
  • Manage operational expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the local office.
  • Ensure timely submission of expense reports to the head office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with local transportation regulations and market dynamics in Pokhara is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote work position based in Pokhara.
  • Standard working hours are Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
