About the job

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the day to day operation of accounting department
Tracking internal and external payments
Assist in organizing the accounts system of the company
Update in the Company’s CRM
Communicate and follow-up with clients
Prepare reports as per the request from the management
Record transaction related to the company in company’s portal
Assist other team members if needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business studies or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts or data entry.
