About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the day to day operation of accounting department
  • Tracking internal and external payments
  • Assist in organizing the accounts system of the company
  • Update in the Company’s CRM
  • Communicate and follow-up with clients
  • Prepare reports as per the request from the management
  • Record transaction related to the company in company’s portal
  • Assist other team members if needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business studies or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts or data entry.
