Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our wholesale cosmetics business. The role involves visiting stores to take product photos and maintaining accurate product information in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Visit stores and take clear photos of cosmetic products.
Collect and enter product details in Excel.
Maintain information such as Product Name, Brand, Category, Size/Quantity, MRP, Wholesale Price, Description, and Photos.
Maintain product data in a format similar to e-commerce platforms such as Daraz.
Check product information and photos for accuracy and completeness.
Organize product photos and records properly.
Coordinate with the office team for product updates and corrections.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

+2 / Intermediate or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Basic photography skills using a mobile phone or camera.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to stores for product photography.
Prior experience with e-commerce product listing will be an advantage.
