Bachelor’s degree preferably in tourism, Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have sound knowledge of MS Office
Should have fluency in written & spoken English
Must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, able to endure immense work pressure
Should be very dependable, proactive and able to work both independently and within a team

Manage & keep inventory of storeroom supplies which includes but is not limited to, guest amenities, operational materials and office supplies
Manage, monitor & record vehicle movements, maintenance, duties etc.
Maintain updated vehicle tariff, monumental entrance fees, and National park permit fees etc.
Prepare permits, personalized placards, process visas etc.
Prepare necessary gears, first aid kits etc. for trek/ trips, manage records of company policies and procedures, insurance etc.
Assist the operations manager with overall administrative and record keeping tasks
