Job Description

We are KARARA Kitchen, a cloud kitchen just specializing in food deliveries through multi-brand kitchens. We firmly believe in value creation, by creating experiences through easy ordering, customizable options, pre scheduling and contactless delivery. We make all dishes from scratch and pack them carefully in our microwave safe packaging which is eco friendly, taking the ceiling up in terms of standards we all deserve.

We’re looking for an overall Operation & Sales Manager to support multi-brand operations and sales. This role will require close working relations with the production team (kitchen), customer service, sales, accounts, and logistics.  The focus will be to manage a diverse team to provide an enhanced standardized service & achieve company target.

The Role:

  • Planning, oversee the productions, recipe control, quality control 
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to conduct trials, tasting, pricing and recipe standardization 
  • Continuously work on the menu to improve, improvise and add items
  • Complete understanding of execution kitchen and intermediate kitchen setup and functionality.
  • Overseeing, tasting of batch production of intermediates
  • Analysis of menu items for all establishments and brands. Identify items that need revamping. Identify items that need variants.
  • Understanding of menu item costing and selling price calculations
  • Over Time (OT) requirements for staff whenever required, estimate staff’s workload and compensations
  • Reporting, responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness reporting of all departments & present department wise data at the end of each month with relevant metrics
  • Supporting efficiency and productive initiatives in the operations by establishing effective controls, monitoring and sharing best practices. 
  • Driving operational efficiency that maximizes financial results through conversion of business strategy to operational models 
  • Driving sector growth through active identification and execution of opportunities with existing clients and contributing to broader strategic planning.
  • Work collaboratively with Directors/Executive Chefs to drive on going and sustainable improvement in our overall performance.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
  • A problem solving and go getter attitude for getting the things done in a truly customer first approach.
  • Target sector wise clients such as Banks and Financial Institutions, Corporate Clients, etc.
  • Make monthly meeting plans with B2B clients with proposals and offerings.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with kitchen team on all important matters 
  • Present monthly plan for upcoming month in coordination with the team.
  • Eagerness to research and draw analysis from other cloud kitchen setups across the world
