Key Responsibilities:

As an Operational Manager (Documentation Officer), you will oversee the smooth functioning of operations while handling end-to-end documentation for student applications. Responsibilities include:

Operations Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to ensure smooth workflow and achieve objectives
  • Develop and implement operational processes and policies to support company goals and objectives
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Streamline processes and increase productivity to enhance overall business operations

Documentation Management:

  • Handle student application files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and verify academic, financial, and visa documents.
  • Maintain updated records and ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and immigration guidelines.
  • Communicate with students and parents regarding required documentation and follow-ups.
