Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Manage and coordinate daily operations at the reception area.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Maintain records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is well-presented and organized at all times.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in organizing meetings and appointments as required.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) qualification
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
Must have a valid two-wheeler license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
