Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operation Officer at Lakshya holdings ltd. located in Kathmandu. As an Operation Officer, you will be responsible for managing and improving the company's operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, logistics, sales cpordination, client relation and supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational roles or similar positions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG & Trading is a plus
