What is your role like? 

You, as an Operations Manager, will be responsible for leading the Credit Team of the Learning Hub here at HLE Nepal. Essentially the Learning hub consists of newly recruited Credit Analysts who would require training and development before they are reassigned to their respective workflow. 

Your responsibility would be to acquire exceptional Credit Analyst members, coach and develop them for high work performance before they are reassigned. There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily whether situational, factual, or people-based. 

Some of your major deliverables are: 

• To ensure that the hiring requirements for the credit team are achieved and balanced across departments
• To ensure that the team is updated with lender policy changes and also the working process
• To monitor the performance of the team by having regular meetings and KPI performance reviews 
• Analyze the training or any other need gap and facilitate same to the members
• To lead the Credit Team Supervisors 
• To constantly bring about improvements in the ongoing operational systems, processes, and policies 

Eligibility Criteria 

• At Least 2 year’s managerial experience (Mid Managerial level i.e. managing the front line managers)
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management
• Working experience in financial institutions/banks (preferred)

Work Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, non-negotiable. (including 1-hour lunch break)
