Flint is redefining the mortgage broking industry in Australia through innovation, speed, and a premium client experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant based in Nepal to support our Newcastle leadership team.

This is not just an administrative role - it’s a critical position that drives operational excellence, enhances executive efficiency, and ensures seamless client experiences across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level remote administrative support to senior brokers and leadership
Manage complex calendars across time zones
Prepare documents, reports, and client correspondence
Coordinate loan documentation and compliance requirements
Liaise professionally with Australian clients, lenders, and stakeholders
Maintain CRM accuracy and support process improvements

Office Administration:

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry and document management.
Maintain office supplies, equipment and liaise with vendors as needed.
Organise and maintain both digital and physical records in an accurate and accessible manner.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails and visitors
Coordinate meetings, schedules and appointments for the team.
Assist with internal communications and ensure important updates are shared with the team.

Support to Teams and Departments:

Assist the office with administrative tasks as required.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence.
Help organise company events, meetings and internal initiatives.

Office Collaboration:

Assist with general office coordination and administrative support.
Ensure smooth information flow.
Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

2+ years’ experience as an EA/PA or similar role
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work Australian business hours
Experience in finance, broking, or professional services (preferred)
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and other CRM platforms.
High attention to detail.
Positive, pro-active and team-oriented attitude.
