The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Travel and Representation:

• Plan and undertake domestic and international travel to meet with stakeholders and oversee global operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Operations Manager or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows and business processes.
• Fluency in English, Nepali, and Hindi is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including international partners.
• Prior experience in the technology and/or hospitality industries is highly preferred.
