We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to fill the role of Operation Manager in the Manpower Recruitment industry. As a senior level position, the Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, project management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent for our clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients and establish trust as a reliable recruitment partner
Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality service and successful placements
Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to identify and source qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Monitor and track recruitment metrics and provide reports to upper management
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years experience in manpower field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proven track record of successful recruitment and client satisfaction
Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client needs simultaneously
