Operation Incharge (Electrical)

We are seeking a competent and skilled Operation Incharge (Electrical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of small hydropower plants. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the turbine-generator system, troubleshoot faults, and ensure the efficient operation of the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hydropower plant, including the turbine-generator system.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues or faults in the plant and take appropriate measures to resolve them.
• Conduct regular inspections of the plant to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the plant equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of the plant.
• Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to implement any changes or improvements to the plant for better efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, equipment maintenance, and any incidents.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
