Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer letters
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and experience
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage leave, vacation, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs
  • Coordinate with management on employee relations issues
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.
  • Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
