  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in related field with good command in English & Hindi
  • Master's degree in business administration will be preferable
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office package (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills with ability to maintain vendor relationship
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
  • Ability to develop dynamic pricing tools and keep abreast of industry trends

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will take price from different vendors 

  • Negotiate freight rates with various service providers, vendors, shipping lines and transporters
  • Analyze competitor rates and market trend to increase sales and profitability
  • Closely liaise with Sales & Marketing department to develop effective pricing strategies
  • Compare sales trend to identify the cause of decrease or increase of sales volume
  • Promote sales effectively by forecasting revenue and market share based on market trends, sales volumes and profit margin
  • Coordinate with vendors/service providers on daily basis through emails and phone calls during and before/after office hours as required
  • Prepare and present pricing reports to the management on daily and weekly basis
