As an Operations and Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and product, to ensure that all operations are aligned with company objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of operations staff to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency across all areas of the company.
Oversee daily operations, including production, inventory, logistics, and customer service, to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and product, to ensure that all operations are aligned with company objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners, to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes as needed.
Will be responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertaining to vendors, riders, or other operational tasks, ensuring that all processes are documented and adhered to by all relevant parties.
Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
