Manage daily scrap input and output system
Manage scrap trading in coordination with trading staff and stakeholders
Manage record keeping of incoming and outgoing e-waste
Make all operational procurement
Able to identify the nature of scraps like need to hold, dismantle, sale immediately, refurbish etc
Need to make field visit for scrap audit
Able to make judgement for optimal valuation of scrap purchase and sales
Make intuitive judgmentally based on experience and situation
Make important policy , planning and strategy decisions required for operation
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
Assist Accountant and HR with necessary information
Oversee operation expense and revenue, reporting and auditing
Manage inventory
Work with multi-stake holders
Maintain proper health and safety environment in workplace
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Support worker communication with the management team
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Manage day to day site operation activity which include (not limited to)
