Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. This position provides a chance to acquire valuable industry experience while actively contributing to the growth and achievements of our company.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including administrative duties, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
  • Candidate must possess knowledge of preparing presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Support inventory management and logistics coordination.
  • Help streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to customers, suppliers, and partners.

Experience:

  • 1-2 experience in an administrative or operations role.
