Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

1.    Financial Management:

  • Establish and maintain financial management and accounting control systems
  • Maintain a database of accounting documents, in both electronic and hard copy
  • Prepare financial documents and vouchers required
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual fiscal report, as well as ad-hoc reports requested by upper management team

2.    Operational Management:

  • Managing the overall administrative functions of the office, including record-keeping, filing systems, and document management.
  • Supervising and managing office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical staff.
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, safe, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers for office supplies, services, and equipment. Ensuring timely payment of bills.
  • Organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences

3.    Documentation:

  • Preparing document for e-bidding and tendon works
  • Knowledge of document related to government related works ie. TOR, RFP etc.
  •  Prepare proposal and quotations for project dealing
