Job Description

The Onshore Student Documentation Officer - Australia is responsible for managing and processing student documentation for admissions, visa applications, and compliance requirements for students currently in Australia. This role involves liaising with education providers, students, and internal teams to ensure all documents meet the required standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Assist onshore students in preparing Genuine Student (GS) statements and supporting visa documents.
  • Liaise with Australian education providers, including colleges and universities, for offer letters, COEs, and course updates.
  • Handle and review student documentation for admissions, COE (Confirmation of Enrolment), and visa lodge/extensions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student files and update CRM or student management systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education, immigration laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with students regarding missing or incorrect documentation and guide them on corrections.
  • Coordinate with the admissions, accounts, and education teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Support the education team with onshore visa lodgments and documentation as required.
  • Track application statuses and communicate updates to clients.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support to clients via email, phone, and in person.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the visa process.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation trackers for management review.
