Online Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Associate to manage and grow our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers online, handling inquiries, and driving sales through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries on social media, WhatsApp, Viber, and other platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement
• Manage online orders, follow-ups, and after-sales support
• Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions and pricing
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for order fulfillment and follow up on online orders
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support digital marketing efforts and promotional campaigns
