Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

1.Online Marketing (Sales focus):

Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns with a focus on generating leads and conversions.
Monitor and optimize online sales funnels to maximize ROI.

2.Social Media Handling for the Company:

Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles across various platforms.
Create and curate engaging content to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor social media metrics and respond to comments and messages professionally.

3.Coordination with Design Team for Marketing & Promotional Material:

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing and promotional materials, including graphics, banners, and multimedia content.
Ensure marketing materials align with the company's branding and messaging.

4.Content Creation and Optimization:

Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

5.Data Analysis

Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports.
Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve KPIs.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Ability to create and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Strong writing and content creation skills for online platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Enthusiastic about the role and committed to delivering efficient results.
