  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in above field with a supervisory role.
  • The applicant must possess a strong knowledge regarding the various functions of Finance / Treasury Department of the bank and the candidate should also have the sound knowledge of Investment Banking.
  • Also should be able to work under pressure.
  • Further, strong problem solving skills and ability to be self-sufficient is a prerequisite.

 

Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, etc.
  • Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
  • Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
  • Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
  • Exploring and recommending investments avenues and placements of utilizable funds profitably.
  • Stock Market operations with the capability of making technical and fundamental analysis of Share Trading.
  • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
  • Regularly updating the documents to bridge the gap between actual working and circulars/directives issued by NRB and bank’s internal policies.
  • Correspond and ensure all formalities are completed prior to initiation of statutory Audit i.e maintains all reports pertaining to annual Statutory Audit. Co-ordinate Tax audit and file tax returns.
